Faculty Survey, Forum, and Action Planning

Ideal for higher education leaders who are interested in gathering faculty concerns, opinions, and experiences to inform the institution’s AI strategy and integration.

Examples of topics that can be included in this workshop program:

  • Pre-Forum Survey: Anonymous faculty survey to guide the direction of the faculty forum session.

  • Faculty Forum: An onsite or virtual open listening session for faculty to provide input and feedback on topics and areas of concern regarding AI integration.

  • Data Findings and Recommended Action Plan: Listening session data analysis and findings are provided to the institution with a recommended plan of action.
